My wife went to this salon with our son. He likes his nails painted. Kim was rude, demeaning, sexist, racist, and provided a terrible service. Half of his nails were chipped before leaving. Multiple nails had inconsistent dollops of nail polish flaking off before he even got home. Kim would not return our money for the terrible service provided, and refused to acknowledge her own behavior (Read on). She also refused to acknowledge their salons seven day policy, where they claim to fix nails and polish for up to seven days after it is applied. This was a clear example of advertising a quality service, providing a terrible product, and providing an absolutely terrible, demeaning, sexist delivery of customer service. She used racial slurs toward our family, and slurred our son for wanting polish and being a boy. The owner Fong, also refused to acknowledge his own policy, or own up to his employees mistake, or rectify the behavior of his employee in her treatment toward my wife and son.
