I purchased a shotgun on line from them. Took delivery of it at my local FFL dealer, and when we opened the box we noted that one of the 3 magazines it was supposed to have was missing. 

I then contacted Grabagun to inform them assuming that they would do the right thing and provide me with the missing part or allow me to return. They refused to do either stating that since they did not open the box and inspect it before shipping to me it was the distributors fault. They gave me the phone number to the distributor. I have attempted to  contact the distributor multiple times via phone and email and have not had any success contacting them. 

Since I purchased the firearm from Grabagun, not the distributor and they profited from the transaction it is their responsibility to make it right. I have also, reached out to the state Attorney Geberals office of Business conduct and the BBB.HOPEFULLY Grabagun will do the right thing and make me whole on this transaction.
