Goodyear service center-Mack McCellans failed diagnostic test
I had a problem starting my car one day,so I had it towed to a near by Goodyear in Washington Township Ohio,and they diagnosed it as a weak alternater so from there I took it to pep Boys to have a new alternater put on. After that the car was doing the same thing as before.When I called Goodyear back they told me to call someone who cares and hung up on me.
