Complaint Review: Goodyear car care chicago

Goodyear car care chicago Dealt with OMAR who claims he is the general manager. Unable to speak with anyone else because of OMAR Besides keeping my vehicle for 18 days i had asked for the cheapest set of tires to be put on and was charged 1350. Far from the cheapest set. Seen same exact tires on their website for around 600. Why was i charged 1350 Chicago Illinois

I USED THIS COMPANY BC I WAS FROM OUT OF STATE AND IT WAS THE CLOSEST. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY GO IN THEIR COMPUTER AND CHANGE NUMBERS ON YOUR BILL LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. ASKED FOR THE CHEAPEST SET OF TIRES AND THEY BILLED ME 1350. I ASKED IF THOSE WERE THE CHEAPEST AND THE WORKER JESUS LAUGHED AND SAID THAT DAY THEY WERE. WHAT?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

THEY KNEW I WAS FINANCIALLY STRAINED BC OF MY CAR BREAKING DOWN AND STILL TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. I'M A STRUGGLING SINGLE MOTHER WITH A CHILD IN COLLEGE AND THEY TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME. AFTER THE FACT I READ REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SEVERAL OTHER FEMALES. WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE PRICE AND TOLD THEM I WASN'T PAYING THAT MUCH JESUS TAKES OF 400. HOW CAN YOU JUST GO IN THE COMPUTER AND TAKE 400 OFF. THAT SEEMS VERY SKETCHY TO ME.

EVEN WITH THE 400 TAKEN OFF THEY STILL WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST SET OF TIRES. I ASKED FOR THE CHEAPEST SET AND THATS WHAT I SHOULD GET. THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR 18 DAYS BECAUE I WAS HAVING A TRANSFER CASE REPAIRED SO ITS NOT LIKE THERE WASN'T TIME FOR IT. HOW CAN THEY JUST GO IN THE COMPUTER AND TAKE OFF HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. SO IF I DIDN'T COMPLAIN I WOULD HAVE PAID THAT ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE WHO DOESN'T COMPLAIN. IT TOOK 5 DAYS JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND THEN WHEN MY FINANCE COMPANY DECIDES TO HELP PAY THE BILL THEY GET A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ESTIMATE, MUCH LOWER THAN THE ONE I RECEIVED.

THESE PEOPLE HERE, ACTUALLY I CAN'T SAY PEOPLE, THE 2 EMPLOYEES JESUS AND OMAR SEEM TO JUST MAKE UP PRICES AS THEY GO AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ENOUGH THEY WILL GO AND FIX THE NUMBER UNTIL YOU LIKE IT. SOUNDS SKETCHY AND VERY SHADY. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A GENERAL MANAGER OMAR CLAIMED HE WAS AND THEIR WAS NO ONE ELSE I COULD TALK TO.

SO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO TRY AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MY CALLS. I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND WILL KEEP GOING TO THE NEXT RESOURCE UNTIL I AM ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OR UNTIL THIS SITUATION IS RESOLVED.
