This guy is a SCAM artist. He sold me a fridge that he KNEW did not work- it had it on the paperwork. He refused to make it right so I wrote a bad review then he finally responded & he said I will fix if you take down the review.
At this point I didnt want him to fix as trust was lost. Nor was I going to fall for him "giving me a repalcement" that looks great I saif OK then send me the make model year & serial number - REFUSED as he knows that what his is selling is broken .. I callled the manufaterer of the new fridge he sent me & they said UM its a year old & ON the paperwork it says DOES NOT RUN Sent to salvage.
I repeatedly asked for my money back & to come get this heap of broken refridge & he REFUSED stating he has a no refund policy - DUH cuz he is a scam artist. I lost a full fridge of food his guys jerked the pipe when removing my old fridge & it caused a leak in the cieling below the fridge in the basement. UNBELIEVEABLE - he keeps saying sue me you wont win - as I am sure people are usually too busy to bother.
He stated in a text "no one is going to make a fuss about $400, I make that when i wake up"Clearly he is used to getting away with this behavior. When I posted a review on facebook another lady texred He did the same to me... On Offer up he never marks items sold so that you CANT rate him ...
