It is a nightmare doing anything with this company,
I have ordered a guitar from this company and it had arrived in TERRIBLE packing, it smelled like cats and weed, and when I sent it back they never refunded my money!!!
When I complained and tried to get my money back, the only response I got was that I was being unreasonable and the owner was stressed because she was pregnant!!
All Goldfinch does is order cheap guitars from china that fall apart. They even charge money for them to design a custom guitar for you, but its not even custom -its just a variation of their own guitars!!
And dont bother trying to fix one, there is no standard parts they are not fixable!
Stay away from Goldfinch, if you want something of the same calibre, just go on alibaba and order it yourself
