Global Connections Overland Park GCI Inc.A diffrent company in Orlando Fl. sold us the vacation club without disclosing they were not Global Connections, they sell the contract to GCI Inc. and collect their fees. Deceptively misrepresented by value of this vacation club, lied about use of expressways, they never said they did not own properties that they purchased rooms at varies locations aroudn the world and USA making availability rare. They dont have properties or buy rooms at main states and cities we told them we needed to travel during next three years. Orlando Florida Office and Overland Park Kansas Nationwide
The company that sold the GCI INC. vacation club membership did not disclose they were not GCI Inc. they said and misrepresented what they had to so we would buy the membership thinking we could obtain what we said to them we needed for our travel plans for near and future. Were not available to take our call to cancel within the 3 days to recind agreement called us after the date and then offered another gimmick called Unlimited Expressways to sweeten the deal and keep us from going forward with attempt to cancel. These Expressways do not work the way they say or at least are never available as they promised they would be. They dont even offer properties in Puerto Rico where we specifically told them we needed to travel to the first 3 years and future years as well. We have not been able to get one $ worth of service from this company. A manager representative from the Overland Park office confirmed they were not purchasing rooms in Puerto Rico because they got complaints that the properties were not cleaning the rooms etc. They dont tell you that they purchase rooms at various sites and that is how these vacation availabilities occur, they dont own the properties at least not in the areas we needed to travel to. It has been impossible for us to use any portion of the misrepresented and exagerated availability benefits they sold us in this program.
We have paid allmost $2000 dollars in about a year and a half and received nothing in return NO VALUE.
Booking travel club cannot beat Orbitz or any online travel site that they tell you they can do. Also you need to pay a yearly fee to use this service lies and more misrepresentations.
