I ordered one Video from GGW/MRA video after watching the TV Commercial and charged it on my Amercian Express. The sales person asked me if I need any other offer and I said "NO" to all her other offers.she took 45 minutes to take my order and finally I was done. I got the first video after 15 days of my order but then they sent me another video and charged my Credit card without my permission. I called American Express and they said there is nothing they can do about it and they have to charge it as the GGW/MRA got my credit card.
I asked the credit card Representative if I can setup an alert for them not to charge my card from this company and she said we cannot do it either.
Then I search the web and found this (323)965-8710 number and no one picks up the phone.
On there website there is another address which is
MRA Video P.O.Box 150
Hollywood CA 90078
But on the Video which I recieved has a different address of Sylmar, California. Well Bottom Line is THEY ARE BIG RIP OFF, I THINK WE SHOULD ALL REPORT TO BBB OR SOMEONE WHO CAN LISTEN.Let me know if you get any bad consumer report on them. I would suggest everyone to also report it on http://www.consumerreports.org/main/home.jsp
Thanks and Good luck in saving yourself.
