GGW Video allowed someone to use my credit card and did not check the billing address to verify the card. My bank told me that by law all retailers are required to verify the name AND address of the card holder and the person trying to use the card.
The only info GGW had correct was my name. The phone number was incorrect and did not even go with the address that they had. Something needs to be done!

If the company cannot send in documentation supporting the sale then it will become a chargeback against them.
