I ordered two videos from the web site. After finding out that they were continuing to send me unsolicited videos, I went to my credit card company (Citibank) and got them to charge it back to GGW. I also closed out that card number and got a new one. GGW is disputing the chargeback but I have good reason in talking to the fraud department at Citibank that I will prevail. I still have their unsolicited shipment unopened, but I can see no reason not to consider it it unsolicited merchandise that obligates me in no way whatsoever. (I very carefully examined every web page that leads up to submitting your credit card information and there is no mention whatsoever that you are agreeing to receive monthly videos.) It is absurd to think that because a company has your credit card they are entitled to send you merchandise with the presumption it has been ordered.

My suggestions are:

1. IMMEDIATELY DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY
and get a new credit card account.

2. Keep any unordered videos unopened and at the very least refuse to return them unless they prepay return shipping that gives you proof that they were received. Preferably keep them under the rules of unsolicited merchandise.

3. DO NOT PLAY THEIR GAME and try to cancel your "membership" and return the unordered videos at your expense. The complaints document that they do not respond to cancellations and returns.

4. NEVER give them debit card information. Cancelling a credit card is a pain, getting a new bank account is absurd.

5. Use the new virtual credit card numbers for any web tranactions. These give a one-time use for a specific transaction and would protect you from this type of abuse. The merchant never knows your actual credit card information.

6. Insist they prove you willing agreed to recieve monthly videos.
