We ordered a product from an online retailer GG-Decor.com. I wish I would have looked deeper that there was no phone number or address thinking it would all be in a order receipt or correspondence. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My order was 1/21/18. After about a week and a half we finally got an email saying that the order status was delayed. Then later on 2/6/18 we received another email saying that the order status was refunded.

I sent them an email asking them WHY?, and where was my refund and the response email said "Out of Office" then minutes after another email said it takes 2-5 business days and now it is 2/26/2018 and still no refund. Again - I did not cancel my order. I see it is happening to others here and the BBB has 6 complaints. Some identical to our situation. We need to look at a Class Action filing or get a criminal investigation going. This person wrote me back with a viscous email since and all I can say that he is brazen and acts like they are untouchable for little amounts of money.

Lastly and most recent corresponded with Square - the credit card company. They told me my refund was NOT approved and that is all they could tell me - But to do a formal dispute with my bank and their dispute team will assist. For them to say it wasnt approved to me means all the funds get tapped by GG Decor and no reserve for refunds are there. Sureley Square is getting other complaints and something shady is going on.

To other victims, let's team up and get consumer affairs on thses guys. Do something. The last email I received was so nasty that me and the wife were saying we are sure glad we are in a state where we and our adult kids can defend ourselves... 2nd Amendment people know what I mean.

I think it is very sad how 4 people have nothing better to do than to lie about other people's businesses. These are merchants that are my competitors and they truly do want to shut me down. But I got news for you folks,I am registered as a business with the IRS and I have NOT ripped anyone off. I did not lie about where I operate from either.

We are in CALIFORNIA, not New Jersey and my name is NOT Kimberly. That scam adviser site is a crock of doo doo. And I have contacted them to have that false info removed. That is not true about us. I hope you can sleep well at night trying to take someone's sole income away. I'll pray for you

I  just wanted to point out something obvious that I saw in the exchange here between the other very unhappy customer, and the extremely rude and nasty bussiness owner, since I have already been there myself with this person. The bussiness owner slipped up, and said this at the end of the exchange >" You are pathetic!! Over an order less than $50? Seriously?"< The problem is, that the complaintant never mentioned a dollar amount. Never mind the nature, and attitude from this business owner. I stongly suggest that anyone who is wronged by this person to report them to the authorities. This individual has pulled this on an aweful lot of people. She seems to think that no one will do anything over relatively small dollar amounts. If anyone would like more details look up this business on scam adviser, and look on Google for other sites that they sell on. There are several. This person Kimberly works out of New Jersey and nowhere else, no matter what she tries to tell you. She just used a name other than her own, when she set up this particular site. She recently added a fake Calafornia P.O. box address to try to cover her tracks, and changed her email contact address. She has since made a bogus excuse as to why she won't take calls. Well, you get the picture. I'll be satisfied just knowing that I could help someone else. I hope this helps someone, and I really hope that this person gets put out of business, and then some, as they should be.  - Still, angry, but haven't given up hope.

How would you know that the order total was under 50 dollars if you are not the company, or idividual who is in question? The amount of financial loss wasn't even mentioned in the complaint here.

Also.the names they used are incorrect and the city and state is incorrect. We are located in California not New Jersey and have thousands of customers. We did not rip anyone off or commit any crimes. Better get your facts straight before making a fool of yourself online and there is NOTHING on BBB about us nor are we registered with them. Your rant is moronic and false and chances are NO ONE will even see it. File a dispute with your bank,you will get your money back and you are just one out of 2 complaints out of thousands of happy customers. We are not worried. You are pathetic!! Over an order less than $50? Seriously?

I am the owner of GG DECOR and that complaint is totally false and comes from another merchant that simply wants to just bring us down. We are a family business and this is our sole income. We do not rip anyone off and refund through our payment processor. I would really appreciate that this report be removed. Thank you
