Rod Littles scammed me by telling me the price of a Nissan Rogue was $19,000.00. By the end of the paperwork my price had ballooned to $48,000.00. He was very innapropriate by trying to make a pass at me and making unwanted sexual comments. This made me not pay much attention to the paperwork because I felt very embarrassed. Then when it came to financing, even though I had a credit score of over 700 and Nissan was giving a 0% rate, he told me it was unavailable and he gave me a 4.5 rate on a new car.

My husband tried to have them take back the car but Littles threatened him and called him names. I was upside down on the car coming out of the lot by $20,000.00. I feel Littles took advantage of me because I am a woman. I caution anybody from buying a car from that dealership.

The black gentleman WAS NOT the cause of this problem. If this guy was acting disrespectfully to you, then of course, YOU should have WALKED OUT. No woman needs to put up with that! Instead, YOU rewarded him by giving him his commission. Even before going into this place, if YOU would have done due diligence and checked this place out, YOU would have seen they add over $1200 in BOGUS, FAKE, ADD-ON FEES!

The CONTRACT you signed was t a coloring book. It’s was a LEGAL DOCUMENT ENFORCEABLE IN COURT which contained TERMS and CONDITIONS which YOU didn’t even bother to READ but you signed anyway! Please tell the world how much you used COMMON SENSE to do such a stupid thing! BOTTOM LINE: You were allegedly treated disrespectful by this salesman but YOU went along with it.

YOU didn’t even bother to READ what YOU were agreeing to BEFORE agreeing to it. Nobody but nobody is to blame but YOU and no, I don’t work for them. YOU were the final line of defense against being defrauded. YOU played doormat!
