On September 29, 2022. The company website www.GetJenielCream.com (Phone #)833-641-5130 (OK) made an Unauthorized Transaction Dated:9/29/22 on my account in the amount of $39.97 and charged my account when in fact I was never on the website nor visited the URL. I never authorized the transaction dated 9/29/22 amount $39.97. I don't even know what sort of cream that product is intended for. I observed this unauthorized transaction while I was balancing my account. The following are my notes I kept related to this fruadulent unauthorized online transaction.
**** Date:11/22/22 @6:00am I VF called the company phone number 833-641-5130 & referenced the unauthorized Transaction Date:9/29/22 & amount $39.97 by the company www.GetJenielCream.com . I VF then requested a full refund on 11/22/22. My follow up plan if unresolved over a few weeks or many weeks is then to file a complaint with FBI www.ic3.gov
****Date:1/27/23 @3:28am I VF filed a complaint with www.ripoffreport.com Report# I plan on filing with the FBI internet Cyber crime center, the BBB and other resources as my time is limited.
