Complaint Review: Generators Store

Generators Store Did not ship product after purchase Gunma.kanto

On May 5, 2019 I did an on-line order from the Generator Store for 2 Generators and a Connection kit.  I wired the funds to their bank and received confirmation that they have received the funds. I was emailed a shipping tracking number from Nitoex Shipping stating that the shipment was picked up and being shipped. 

That was in May, Now in August, I have send an email a day to both companies and no one has responded.  I have not received any communication from the Generator Store on the status of my shipment.
