Geico Insurance Denying a claim because the insured person refuses to call them back after four times. So that’s the reason they deny a claim it was her fault she backed into me, this makes absolutely no sense if you don’t want a claim on your insurance you just don’t answer the phone or call back Denver Colorado
Basically, a person backed her car into me in a parking lot. She willingly gave me her information and then I proceeded to call my insurance company and they told me I should deal with her insurance company which was Geico. So they have called this person four times now and since she refuses to answer the phone or call them back they said there's no claim And they will have to deny it. I said that makes no sense why do you think she's not answering the phone or calling you back well we can't assume that she was responsible. Anyhow so I'm furious what should I do thank you
