GEICO INSURANCE COMPANY HAS INCREASED MY INSURANCE PREMIUMS EVERY YEAR THAT I'VE BEEN WITH THEM. WHEN ASKED ABOUT WHY THAT WAS HAPPENING, I  WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF THE INCREASE OF INSURANCE CLAIMS IN MY AREA, THEY'RE FORCED TO DO SO. I, ALONG WITH MY WIFE ARE IN OUR SIXTIES WITH EXCELLENT DRIVING RECORDS. I QUESTION THEIR "VERY WEAK" ANSWER. IT MAKES NO SENSE TO OVER CHARGE SENIOR CITIZENS JUST TO LINE THE COMPANY'S POCKETS. AS FAR AS I SEE, GEICO IS TAKING "FULL" ADVANTAGE OF BOTH  EXECELLENT DRIVERS AND SENIOR CITIZENS. ALSO, WHEN THEY ADVERTISE ABOUT THEIR ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE, WHAT THEY PURPOSELY LEAVE OUT IS THAT THEY'LL ONLY TOW YOU 14 MILES OR TO THE CLOSET REPAIR SHOP, OTHERWISE YOU MUST PAY FOR CAR TO TAKEN ANYWHERE ELSE AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $5.00 PER MILE ANGAIN AFTER ONLY 14 MILES, THEN FILE THE SERVICE TO YOUR INSURANCE. THIS WHOLE SETUP IS A "TRUE" RIPOFF AND THIS IS HAPPENING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND NO ONES SAYING ANYTHING.

Florida is one of the top 5 states in the country for the highest amount of Fraud, and thus, the highest premiums. And yes, those preiums go up and up. There is not much a simple policyholder can do, unless you get a different company. I am guessing you already tried that and Geico is still the cheapest.

If they keep raising your rates, why don't you go with another insurer?

If you think they are discriminating against you because of your age why are you not filing a complaint with your States Department of Insurance?

If you think "roadside assistance" means to tow you where every you want then why aren't you suing them for false advertisement?

Your last line says it all..."THIS IS HAPPENING ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND NO ONES SAYING ANYTHING"

Well you are saying something, but you aren't DOING anything.

Just keep in mind that their rates must be approved by the state, they did give you a reason(you just didn't agree with it), and all the term of the roadside assistance is in the policy declaration you received(yes all of that fine print does actually mean somethng).
