Complaint Review: GE Money Bank

I had 3 - 5 credit card accounts with GE Money Bank that were current for many years and had about 2 times I was late on payments for Lowes & GE Money Bank-Care Credit, because I had to take care of my dying mother in Hopice and the other 3 were all paid off with a zero balance. When I tried to increase my credit with Lowes, they were making false statements on why they wouldn't with me providing them with my correct information, it was very frustrating standing in Lowes for 4 1/2 hours & the manager wanted to go home & still they refused to help me with the false accusations & rudeness.

A couple of weeks later, I received letters that all my credit cards with GE Money Bank were closed with false information & they were contacting reporting me to the top 3 credit reporting agencies. Low & behold, they did just that. I called GE Money Bank to ask why this is happening several times, hoping their story would change or tell me the truth.

My mother worked for GE Appliances for many years, with her giving GE raving reviews & how good the company is to work for. This incident made me wonder. After I checked online, the head honcho of Lowes, discriminates against all muslims. I live next door to quite a few muslim. This made me think that is why they closed all my accounts?  How stupid!

Is your report.  You stated that you were late on your payments because your mother was on hospice care.  Did you contact them and tell them you were the primary caregiver of a patient on hospice?? 

Are you Muslim??? Your report is just cover story for the reason you did not pay your bills including "discrimination" against Muslims.  BS!
