Complaint Review: Ge Capital Cons Cardco

I wanted to pay with a credit card at lovett dental, and they would not accept it because I was certified to pay with o% of interest. I believed them. The bill came in and now they wanted me to pay the interest for the whole year because i missed the date by 5 days. I called ge capital cons cardgo, they told me that the dentist was the one in charge of the promotions. So i went to the dental office and they told me that ge capital cons cardgo was in charge. Now i have to pay double what my balance was/
