GE Capital Cons Card Co Rips Us Off Louisville Kentucky
I did a search for GE Capital Cons Card Co to report a problem with my bill, and look what I found . . . all of these complaints. Why does this not surprise me?
I also read a rebuttal that advised to set up on line payments.
Well, I did just that. My payment cleared my bank on April 1st, they were calling me on April 5th, (payment due date of the 4th). They called me FOUR different times. I contacted my bank, who confirmed the on line payment, and they also sent a letter to GE.
Imagine my surprise when I called GE Capital back, only to be told that they don't accept on line payments! Where have all my payments gone then?
As of 04/13 they still have no record of my payment and are trying to charge me a $35.00 fee. I can't wait to get this paid off so that I never have to do business again. There reps are rude and unresponsive.
