Complaint Review: Gateway Moving and Storage

The worst of the worst. I briefly worked for them this past summer. The owners name of this sham company is Lou, Vaughn, or Steve depending on who you talk to. He doesn't give out his legal name to avoid liability in the future, but I believe it to be Bill WIllis. The warehouse or storage units as they call them are giant, basically open air, dirty, rodent infested, dungeons. Your things will most certainly be damaged if not musty after sitting in the uneven, broken concrete floors, after they have been piled 12 feet high to try and fit as much in as possible. I personally threw out many boxes full of mouse feces.

Anyone could steal anything they wanted from the warehouse. They use labor ready to hire people, who often, but not always, do not care about the items they are transporting and laugh about breaking peoples belongings. The labor ready people are lucky because at least they were paid. I am owed at minimum $1000.00. The man you will speak with if you call is Lou, Vaughn, or Steve depending on who you ask and he is the biggest piece of trash I have ever encountered. He is also committing major insurance fraud as he uses dealer plates from the Budget next door to drive his vehicles. If you want to be overcharged and have your things rot or be damaged, please do call GATEWAY MOVING AND STORAGE.

- You can write this off as just another disgruntled employee but you would be wrong. The owner of this company is a lying, racist, thieving crook and he will do you no justice on any job.
