I have a Gateway NX570S laptop which has a power connection failure. New ac adapter cords DO NOT fix the problem. The power connection port is failing internally (like it needs to be resoldered). Gateway can't figure out how to send an EMPTY SHIPPING BOX to my post office box so that I may send my laptop in for proper repair. In the interim, my laptop fell out of its one year warranty. The "escalation team" says there's nothing they can do to help me. These people are bumbling WORTHLESS.
