I ordered six tomato plants in march at the cost of 6.99 plus shipping and handling for a total of 9.96. Finally at the end of May I recieved only half my order which consisted of three dying plants.
I paid nearly three dollars shipping and handling and the postage on the box clearly states 39cents. Obviously my plants were not sent in any express mail. They were poorly packaged and all soil was dry and the roots were exposed.
No plastic packaging to preserve root ball and moisture. How stupid can you get??
