Ihad ordered 3 trees from Gardners Choice in April, as of the end of July I have not received them. They had no problem cashing my check in a prompt manner. Unfortunately I learned another lesson, not to order out of magazines, newspapers etc. This was certainly another letdown on trust and customer service.

i have been dealing with gardners choice for many years. on the occassions that i have recvd damaged products that would not produce, a simple phone call to the customer service phone number resolved the issue and i would receive new products. some consumers do not understand the policy of shipments during the proper growing seasons.
