I paid for a gamestop power rewards card for 3 years.  This week I discovered that my account was hacked and 25000 points were stolen.  I reported this and Gamestop and you want to know what kind of terrible company they are.  They canceled my account, said I had to pay to have another account.  They would not refund my points and did not even apologise.  My private information was exposed and my points stolen.  When I complained, they said the could send me a courtesy Gamestop debit card for $15.00.  Why would I ever want to spend any money again with Gamestop.  Even credit card companies will refund fraud purchases on your account.  Plus they said they could not refund the points that were stolen under their watch. There security is so lacking they could not even protect my private information.  They don't care about the customer.  The person who hacked my account only got $25.00, but that was too much to give back to me.  Don't trust them, they do not care about you.  I will never purchase another item from Gamestop and will tell everyone I know about my experience.  I have spent a lot of money with Gamestop, now Toys R Us will get all my business.
