I returned a mattress bought at Robinson's-May. The mattress was
picked up from my home on September 12th. According to their return policy, which no one explained to me at the time, the return is not credited until the merchandise reaches their return warehouse.

Today's date is September 30, and I still have not received one
penny back from my purchase. Part of the original purchase was on a debit card, part was a merchandise voucher. The manager of the furniture department, Robert Matascik, whose # is 480-941-0066, ext. 4591, told me he mailed out the merchandise voucher part of the return on Sep. 14th, although I have yet to see it.

The store manager, Vicki Hobbs, has not returned my phone calls or responded to my complaint letter. I have just been given incorrect information, and the story keeps changing as to when I will be receiving my return.

The official excuse they seem to stick to is that the furniture department is managed differently than the rest of the store. So far they've had the merchandise in their possession 3 weeks and still not one dime returned on a $450 purchase!!
