Reliable information has it that Richard Fuller, Valerie Fuller(Jones), and Richard Fuller Homes now Fuller Homes are under a Federal Investigation for corruption, fraud, money laundering (by setting up dummy corporations), and bank and wire fraud(something pertaining to home loans and FHA if I understand it correctly. It has something to do with paying off customers bad debts and loaning them their downpayment money which if not done by the law is ILLEGAL!)

Information was obtained from a reliable source and from a internet criminal information site. I deem the information highly reliable. As more information is obtained I will pass it along. Perhaps this is why so many corporate employees have left over the past 7 months? This is apparantly an ongoing investigation.

Not that this would suprise me about quite a few builders, really, but people could use some links or other sources so they can use this to support their cases. Can you cite some? I've found complaints that involve both the home building company and "Valerie's" mortgage involvement dating back to about '97 on archived message boards.

This stuff was pretty obscure. There is a lot to be found on him now, if you're on the internet anyway. Unfortunately, not everyone is and they are at a real disadvantage when researching builders. And even more of a disadvantage when trying to research them to sue them.
