They were very confident about their services when signing in. I explained i dont need service at home but my commercial.
They convinced me to sign me up for my home and commercial for discount both. I also asked bout cancellation and they said just call the office.
It ended up they lied(they don't perform services on commercial buildings which reps confidently said they do, there hidden fees when cancelling which reps will not explain), poor services(an hour work went down to less than 15 mins).
I would like to say they are scammer level.
