I've  been a customer since May of 2021. Each and every month I monitor the activity on my account. March 14th 2022 was the last time the company provided the service I am paying for. In May 2022 I started sending messages that they failed to respond to. In July of 2022 I sent an email, phone calls and internal messages.

They deactivated access to my account with out ever returning an email or calls, but continuing to bill me for services every month. In September 2022, they billed my account again. I sent yet another email as I have no access to my account, to cancel my account, or any communication from the company.

The sent me an email refund, September 2022 payment, but still refuse to communicate or refund all payments from April 2022. They did this to my account and my wife's account as well. I can not recommend doing business with Karyn Gabbey or Frontier Credit Soulations for the lack of communication, and billing for services not rendered.
