Freelancer.com They Stole My Money Nationwide

Okay So I saw a project and I bidded on it, the employer contacted me and I have done the job for him and then he paid me, After about 3 or 4 hours they took the money from my account and after contacting the Customer Support (By the way they are the worst customer support I ever seen in my Life) they told me that the employer make a reverse request from his bank and believe if or not the amount of money was 20 USD only, Of course I am not talking about that amount of money but What I am talking about is like it happened for the 20 dollars it could happen for a project that have a total sum of 1000 or even more. And Today they told me that the "The lock on your funds was not resolved in your favour. In such cases, it is our policy to recover the funds sent to you as a payment, and return it to its original funding source.".
