Complaint Review: Freedom Resource Lenox Capital Inc.

I was also tricked into beleiveing I was getting a credit card. They took &221.95 from my bannk account in July 2002. I received the catalog of JUNK they offer and called them and told them I wasn't interested. I was instructed to send it back. I did.

Then I had to complete a refund request letter (twice!!) After numerous phone calls, being placed on hold and having to speak with extremly rude "customer service" reps. I was finally told I would recive my refund in January 2003. On February 5th I called again and was infomred by Loretta that my refund was not sent and was scheduled to be mailed on 2/28/03.

On 3/4/03 I called and spoke with Kim who assured me that a refund check was mailed 2/28. A month and a half later I still have not received my refund.
I try to call the numerous numbers and they are no longer in service. I sent another certified letter and it was recieved at a Mailboxes, Etc. #2524, 1025 Rosecreek Dr., Ste 620, Woodstock, GA 30189.
