I am a victim of mortgage identity theft. HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION AND FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION used my personal identifying information to create an improper mortgage for financial gain. My NAME was used as an investor of GINNIE MAE and I have not been compesated as an unknown investor/stockholder. HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION was paid via promissory note upon my signature on the note on August 7th, 2018. HOME POINT FINANCIAL CORPORATION failed to credit their books and created an improper mortgage that was assigned to FREEDOM MORTAGAGE CORPORATION without my expressed written consent on September 1, 2021.

Both have committed theft of Promissory Note and they manipulated the balance sheet, a deliberate false intentional misstatement of a matter of fact; fraudulent financial reporting and misappropriation of assets. FREEDOM MORGAGE CORPORATION's accounting fraud was used to cause the Court to issue a Court ordered foreclosure against my estate.

They don't need your permission

Mortgage notes can be bought and sold like any other investment. The lender most certainly doesn't need your permission to sell the note to somebody else. The vast majority of mortgage loans are sold to Fannie/Freddie/Ginnie Mac, I have no idea why you think that's somehow unusual or requires your input. The original promissory note is sufficient. You also don't get to pick your servicer, they are the ones who actually perform the foreclosure. And the best way to avoid foreclosure is to make your mortgage payment. It is 100% effective, too.
