I missed my deadline to change the agreed promotion price of my book from $2.99 to $0.99 due to a family emergency. So they canceled my order, which I prepaid for, and refused to reschedule it or return the funds. Further, after some heated debate, the owner of the company threatened to write a negative review of my book and post it on amazon, which he did. Mind you, this is a person, who is paid to promote books. I've never seen a business owner act so unprofessional in my life.
