It seems that I am not the only one having troubles with www,fredericks.com   They do not give you very many options for
exchanging. What was most appalling is that they had said that they did not receive my return until I was able to give them tracking information. Then I was told that I had to wait one month after that to receive the exchange. They would not provide me with any other way to contact someone other than the e-mail address given on their site in which never address your issue, instead it appears that it picks up key words, and responds with a form letter. Even when inquiring about an
item for a pending purchase I feel like they are dissociated with the company. The company seems to work against you giving the result of an unpleasant experience.

WARNING !!
Just because a company has a well established name, it does not mean that they have ethical practices and or policies
