Ordered a wigs ( total cost ($44.91) on about November 10th 2019. Paid extra to have it delivered in 7 -10 days ($4.99). Did not recieve it until December 10th 2019. It was the wrong color and the wrong lenght. Tryseveral email addresses trying to get intouch with them.

Finally got an email to be delivered to "rockeybixby3" <rockeybixby3@gmail.com>. Emailed back and forth numerous times with them about returning the wig. They said they would not pay for the return. That they would give me a 20% refund ($8.98) and I keep the wig and I needed to make a good comment about the their company and the quality of the wig.

I replied NO that I could not use the wig and do not want it and want a full refund and would not make a good comment. It went back an forth a few more time. Then they offered me a 40% ($17.96)refund and I keep the wig. I again told them that the issue was their fault and I could not use the wig.  That I wanted a full refund.

That they should not keep any of my money for them making mistakes. That I will file complaints with anyone I can, if my money is not returned by January 7th 2020. So I have now started. I am going to also try to file complaints with other government agencies, like the Federal Trade Commission.
