2/2/18 I called Frank Fritz from Appliance certified to check/repair on our frig’s ice maker. He came same day, took ice maker apart, took it with him and said he had to go to "town” and pick up a new one. He said he would be back in 2 hours to install new one. He installed the "new” one. He said he did not have any business cards or an invoice because they went "paperless” to save $2,000.00+ a year and would email it to me. I paid $299.70 and he asked for the check to be made payable to him. Ice maker still does not work! He will not return several calls and text messages that I sent have left/sent! He is a scammer! We are senior citizens and my husband is handicapped. I have called another company to do/fix the problem for us. Your cooperative would be great!!! Stop his guy from ripping off others!!! Thank you, CA

Charlene call your bank and dispute the check based upon fraud. I would go directly to your bank

Fraud.  I would go directly to your bank and complained that you’ve been defrauded out of money.
