Frangrance X.com Clinique Anti-Gravity Firming Lift Cream "KNOCK OFF": Long Island, New York
Fragrance X names their product the same name as the original Clinique brand anti-Gravity firming lift cream. But buyer beware! I question if it is same product. Anyone who knows product, knows that the order in which a product lists its' incredients on the label is the order of potency. I have two anti-gravity Clinique products and the Fragrance X label list their ingredience differently than the original Clinique. The Fragrance X website said they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I called to find out if I needed a return authorization only to find out that cosmetics cannot be returned. Most reputable retail companies who sell to the public and choose not to mislead the comsumer will allow consumers to return product within a reasonable amount of time. This product has not been opened, used or contaminated and is available for immediate resale. My advice - if the company doesn't fully disclose its refund policy - DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT. On my invoice it states: Shop with confidence, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
When I called I was told if I return the product it would be returned to me.
Obviously their guarantee worthless - I wonder about their product. I would not recommend buying from them if they don't stand behind their guarantee.
