The fox & stone Jeana Rushton & Jacqueline Stole my loose stones & were horrible about it Ephrata Washington
I commissioned this jeweler to make 3 necklaces. I sent them my own stones, 6, so they could pick the best 3. The whole thing fell apart over the course of 1 month, mostly based on their absolute lack of customer service & inability to commit to timelines . I asked for my unused loose stones back, they claimed (direct quote from their email) " The ... crystals are now property of the Fox and Stone.” Gross.
