Complaint Review: Four seasons real estate

 There is definitely a reason that they are 2.7 stars!! Trust me if I could give negative stars I would!!! Terrible amnesties and even worse customer service!! Please use Humming Bird!!! For anyone looking for cabins in the ruidoso area please for the love of anything holy use Humming Bird!!! The first and last time I will ever use four seasons (there is a reason their name will not be capitalized in this review)!!! My family had issues with our reservation straight off the bat! We called within 10 minutes of arriving at the property and were told to wait until morning to call and report them! Being the understanding people that we are we gave them more than the allotted time and called back to have the issue resolved.when the phone was answered the number associated with the website, I was informed that it was a cell phone and "I should not be calling it so late"!! At 9:30 seriously WTF actually??? My wife has booked cabins with this company 8+ years in a row (however this is my 1st (and last) experience with them)!! Wow what else can I say??? When I asked is this is the customer service that they extend to all of their customers with I was answered simply by a dial tone! Well guess me, my hard earned money plus my family of six, trying to enjoy spring break in their broke down cabin are not even worth the conversation about how terrible of a situation this is... Guess we can wait for the second night in a row to discuss how they think they will overcome their short comings in order to turn this trip to hell into something salvageable (or at least profitable for them)!!!
