Complaint Review: Fortunoff Backyard Store

On JUly 29, 2017 we purchased a patio outdoor set, with a 5 year Outdoor Ultimate Furniture Protection Plan.  We have recently filed a claim using this warranty.  The warranty company has said that Fortunoffs agent Joanne Pucciarella entered the type of warranty we have wrong into their system so therefore our claim is denied.  I explained that I have the contract with the correct warranty on it.  They explained only Fortunoffs could change the information in their system to contact them.  So I did, I spoke with Mark, and "Marge/Marjorie" the manager. 

She was unprofessional in her words and said there was nothing she could do about it.  Finally after us going back and forth she said email me the photos of what is wrong and Ill see what I can do.  Now, I can not get in touch with her and no response back from the emails.  This is no fault of my own.  I did everything correct on my end.  This is pure negligence on Fortunoffs behalf.  Lucky for me my father is an attorney :)  We paid for the ultimate warranty, and they entered what is called the defense warranty.  They will not correct it.
