I purchase a floral arrangement online with this company on 10/12/22 for a delivery date of 10/13/22. The flowers were not delivered as anticipated - and never have been. On 10/15/22 I sent an inquiry through their customer service portal asking for a status update and received a form letter back that they would "look into it". This letter had the wrong order # on it despite me giving them the correct one for their research purpose. I received no response. On 10/18/22 I submitted another inquiry and received the same form letter (again with the incorrect order #) and again have received no response. In addition, the purchase price of my item at checkout was $57.97. When I received my bank statement, I found that my account was debited for this order on 10/17/22 for the elevated amount of $65.01 ($7.04 more than the initial total). The recipient has still not received the flowers.
