Flower.com growers roses online Rip-off

I ordered a dozen of growers roses online with Flower.com on 9-23-00. I asked to have them delivered on 9-29-00 which was a Friday.

The Flowers never arrived on Friday, they arrived on Saturday and they were DEAD. These were a birthday gift. When I ordered the flowers, they were pictured with a clear glass vase, they arrived with a BLACK PLASTIC VASE. I consider this false advertising.

I called on 9-29-00 and got nowhere with the customer service rep that I talked to. I asked where my flowers were, where did they get shipped from, her reply was FED EX. I spoke with the supervisor AMANDA BERNALDI on monday and she explained that they had problems with that delivery date. The only thing she offered was to re ship. I said too late, birthday is gone by.

I wanted to have my credit card credited and that I would never shop on that site again. For being a supervisor, she had a terrible attitude.I called my local florist and got what I wanted. I do not feel satissfied today about this experience and I dont even know if she credited my card, I will know next month.

This was a bad experience and word of mouth does wonders.
