Dear:Rip-Off

The reason why I'm getting in contact with you is,beacuse I had some dental work completed by Dr.meyers,who at the time was a dentist for katsur Associates. Dr Meyers did not complete a root canal several years ago,and durning the week of 3-6-2000, I had a large abcess in the roof of mouth,which caused me to call off work and seek emergency dental care on 3-7-2000.

I had to see a root canal specialist,who took x-rays and provided care for the abcess,Dr.Gary B. Schultz,stated that the cause of the abcess and severe pain was due to a unfinish root canal.Dr.Schultz stated that he is willing to discuss info with Katur,if they have any concerns.

I have a copy of the x-rays.I did contact Katsur Dental,they stated that they would only riemburse me the co-payment of $120,which at the time I had dental Insurance. I just started a new job and my benifits have not started yet,causing me to pay by cash for the emergency dental service.I want reimburse for the $75 emergency visit,the medication $25.85,the day of work i missed, and for the dental work i need. If the work was completed right,i wouldn't be in this situation. I think it is very unprofessional.Thank You

I too had bad experience from Katsu dental.

I started visiting Greenberg Dental on Colonial drive in Jan of 2004. The initial visit was on time and very quick. The Dr was very closed minded to the work i needed to get done. Never gave me any options nor truly listened to my desires nor needs. they were also very quick to hand me a $2500.00 recomendation. after that initial visit, service and care went out the window. Every appointment after that (there were 4) ran at least 20 minutes late. Not including the 10 min minimum wait on the chair. My 3rd appointment was for 8.30-9.00am and they still could not get it right. The finale straw was when I made a 10.30am Saturday appointment only to drive out there and wait 10 min in the lobby to find out that the hygienist had left early. If you are considering using them, think twice. There service has alot to desire.......
