I have had the same problems that most of the other complaints have addressed with Fleet. First of all, it's important to always read any amendment to your cardholder agreement, because you can opt out of the agreement before they raise your APR! I failed to do this.

They (Fleet Bank (RI), National Association), also lowered my credit limit without informing me which is required by the agreement. Maybe, that's good, anyway, but they also have a class action suit against them regarding their slowness in posting customers' payments and then charging late fees. You can contact me for more details.

My question, is there a way to get these monkeys off my back, because I still owe them a sizable chunk. Can I get them for not sending me notice of a change to my credit limit?
