Several months after opening an account our company's client billing was outsourced to a sister company already having card processing in place.  A polite, very businesslike request was made to close our account and terminate our service. 

There was no acknowledgement  from them.  Fees continued to be withdrawn and new, never disclosed fees, with lame explanations attached.  A second request with a more demanding language was ignored.  Finally we paid a fee to have our bank set up a Denial of Payment.

Do yourself a favor.  If you need services like this, deal with your local brick and mortar bank where you can interact with real people instead of a bunch of losers hiding behind their keyboards.
