Complaint Review: FIX IT PRO By SIMONIZ

Beware of this company and this ad on TV! This is the commercial where the OXY-Clean guy that screams on all his commercials is selling Simoniz Fixit Pro. I did look like something I wanted to try out. I decided to order by web site instead of fighting with someone over the phone whom likely uses english as a second language trying to do repetitive add on selling.

Well they do the same d**n thing on the internet. You keep saying no to additional Simoniz products about 15 times. Finally when you get to the end and your order is submitted, you discover that they have ordered an extra vacuum cleaner to your order. You expect your order to be 19.95 plus about 7.95 for shipping and handling. And they hit you with 52.95. But I will get the last laugh!

Since it is the Labor Day there is nobody there at this ripoff company to answer. So I called my credit card and they are not in either. However the line for lost and stolen cards answered and I just reported my card lost. So when the banks open tomorrow they will find that the order will not go through LMFAO!! I thought that Simoniz was a reputable company I guess they are not!
