Complaint Review: Five Star Pools

We had already removed liner so we could add sand for oround the perimeter of pool. The Five Star pool guys never raked the ground to level. They seems to be in a hurry after being 5 hours late for our appountment. I asked them if we could get some money off since we removed the liner and they said no. When they removed the pool stairs they broke them.

We did not receive and invoice before they left. We got in the pool after it filled and the bottom feels like a mountain range. We called them to complain, the man said he would come out the next day. He called my husband and said he was there and it was our fault and he would not reimburse for anything.

He was lying, we have a german sheperd in the yard so he would not have gotten through the gate and my husband was home. Very shabby work and unprofessional. Will never recommend for anybody to use in future. Pinch a penny is the store that chose them for the job.
