I have contacted them numerous times trying to get a refund and they keep telling me they are backed up and will process it soon!! It's been over 6 months!!

mail copies of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV News Stations and put it to the attention of “Investigative Reporter”. Maybe someone will contact you and do a story on TV to expose what happened.
If this happened to you, it is logical to conclude that it has happened to others, right? Exposing this company on TV might help you to get your refund. You can also mail copies of your Ripoff Report to Dateline NBC and to 60 Minutes in New York.
