CC has been on my credit report since 2007...Why is it there? It's NOT mine! Derogatory/charge-off...Charge WHAT off???? I notice that this has INDEED happened to others with this company! Why will they not resolve this issue? What is the deal with these companies? How in the heck did it GET inMY name anyway? One can only imagine....tried to use me to pay someoe elses debt. I don't think so!!! Show me the signature. If the sig don't fit...you MUST aquit!!!!!!!
