I received a letter in the mail that looked authinic in nature. It was presented as a real credit card application. It had a certificate like border around the text. It did not give a phone number in which to call for questions.

It stated that; "Congratulations, you are Guaranteed approval for a First National Credit Gold card with a credit line of $15,000. This is not a "Maybe."

To recieve this great offer please enclose a "one-time" fee of only $37.00.

Well of course with good intentions I sent $37.00 to them and 4 weeks later I recieved a packet with a order catalog only to use with that card which was Gold in nature and was said to have a 15,000 credit limit with no interest until 12 months later; it also was not affiliated with a visa or matercard.

I called up the representative to cancel; she was rude and very unhelpful on the phone. When I stated I wanted to cancel she didn't want to do it. The Bottom line is that I wish to have my promised refund of the $37.00 fee.
