I am embarrassed to say, I too got ripped off from this company. I dont necessarily have bad credit either. I had just purchased a home and thought they got my name and this was an automated approval because we just closed on the house. I guess I was wrong. I lost $37 which is not alot but I hate to see these people in business.

Has anyone considered a class action lawsuit? Firstly to recover direct damages (money paid) and second to recover punitive damages.

What are the options other than those already listed?

ALSO, I wish I had checked them out first. This site is very good. Job well done folks, it is too bad I did not know about this site earlier.
